Fast intake

Referrals get scheduled promptly, often the same week. When a diversion clock or court date is running, tell us the deadline and we work to it.

Court-ready documentation

Enrollment confirmations, attendance and progress reports, and completion documentation prepared to Oregon court and DMV requirements, filed on time, without you chasing them.

Communication back to you

With a signed release, you hear from us proactively: enrollment, attendance, progress, completion. No black hole between referral and outcome.

What we're certified for.

Rock Recovery is a program of Reece Counseling Inc., licensed by the Oregon Health Authority under Certificate of Approval #001776, serving Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties from our Redmond office:

  • Outpatient substance use disorder treatment (ASAM Level 1)
  • Early intervention (ASAM Level 0.5)
  • DUII evaluation, education & treatment
  • Community-based treatment for criminal justice-involved individuals
  • Outpatient mental health

For DUII referrals: in Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties the court-designated screener refers the client, and the client chooses their provider. Send them to us with their referral paperwork and we handle the rest. See DUII services and alcohol & drug evaluations.

How do I refer a client?
Use the referral form on this page, or call (541) 234-3081 and ask for intake. Tell us the service needed, the county, and any deadline. We'll take it from there and confirm with you once the client is scheduled.
What documentation will the court receive, and how fast?
We provide enrollment confirmation once the client is scheduled, attendance and progress reports during care, and completion documentation when requirements are met, prepared to Oregon court and DMV standards and sent to the parties the client authorizes.
What are you certified for?
Rock Recovery (Reece Counseling Inc.) holds Oregon Health Authority Certificate of Approval #001776, covering outpatient substance use treatment (ASAM 1), early intervention (ASAM 0.5), DUII services, community-based criminal justice treatment, and outpatient mental health.
Will you tell me everything my client says in treatment?
No, and you wouldn't want a provider who did. Federal confidentiality law (42 CFR Part 2) governs what we can share. With the client's written consent we report the things referral sources actually need: enrollment, attendance, progress toward requirements, and completion.
Do you take OHP and commercial insurance?
Yes: most major insurance plans, private pay, and the Oregon Health Plan. Coverage never has to be sorted out before you refer; we verify benefits with the client directly.
