Rock Recovery is an OHA-certified outpatient provider with one office, in Redmond at 1243 SW Highland Ave, Suite C. There is no Rock Recovery building in La Pine. What there is, is a road. La Pine to Redmond is about 50 miles north on Highway 97, roughly an hour, and we work with people who make that drive. For everything that does not require a room, we use telehealth.
We will not pretend an hour is nothing. It is gas, it is time, and in winter it is weather. So we plan around it. We stack what we can into fewer trips, we put counseling on video when video works, and we tell you honestly which pieces need you in the room. A schedule you can actually keep beats a perfect one you cannot.
We are outpatient only. No detox, no beds, no medication prescribing. If your assessment shows you need one of those, we will say so and help you connect with a medical provider who can. We accept the Oregon Health Plan, and most OHP members pay nothing out of pocket. We serve Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties, and the office is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm. It is one road. Highway 97 north through Sunriver and past Bend, then into Redmond, about 50 miles and close to an hour depending on weather and time of day. DUII education and treatment classes meet on weekday evenings, so you can work your shift, drive up, and get it done without burning a vacation day. Counseling appointments can often happen by telehealth from home instead. Where it makes sense, we group appointments on the same day so one trip does more.

OHA-certified DUII education and treatment with weekday evening classes. The evaluation that sets your track is done by the court-designated screener, and then you pick the provider you want. We document your completion for the court.
Criminal justice services
Community-based treatment if you are on probation or parole, in drug court, or in a diversion program. We coordinate with your PO and the court, and we handle the paperwork so your attendance is on record.
Peer support and recovery mentors
Certified mentors who have been through recovery themselves, staying in contact between appointments and after treatment ends. When your treatment is an hour up the road, having someone to call on a hard Tuesday changes things.
