Mental Health Counseling in Central Oregon

Care for the weight you're carrying.

Anxiety that won't quiet down. A low that's lasted too long. Something that happened that you can't put down. Licensed, experienced clinicians in Redmond work with all of it, in person or by telehealth, with or without any connection to addiction care.

What this is

Therapy with experienced clinicians, on your terms.

Mental health care at Rock Recovery is individual therapy with a licensed counselor: thoughtful, specific, and paced to fit work, school, and family. It starts with a real conversation about what's going on, continues through an unhurried assessment, and becomes a plan that's adjusted with you as life moves.

On the therapy side, our clinicians connect through expertise, specialization, and rapport. And because addiction treatment runs under the same roof, people carrying both a mental health struggle and a substance problem get one coordinated plan instead of two providers who never talk.

Common questions

Counseling, answered plainly.

Can I see a therapist here without any addiction concern?
Absolutely. Counseling stands on its own here. Plenty of clients come for anxiety, depression, trauma, or a season of life that's gotten heavy, and never touch the addiction side of the practice.
What do you treat?
Licensed clinicians here work with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, life transitions, and the mental health side of recovery, including co-occurring (dual diagnosis) care coordinated with addiction treatment when both are present.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Counseling is available in person at our Redmond office or by secure video across Oregon, and many clients mix the two as their schedule demands.
How quickly can I get in?
Usually within days. Call (541) 234-3081 and we'll set up your first conversation at the earliest time that works for you.
What does counseling cost?
Coverage varies by plan, so we check yours first and tell you what to expect up front. Commercial insurance, private pay, and the Oregon Health Plan are all accepted.
