Coverage

Cost shouldn't be the reason you wait

Come as you are

What to bring, how to prepare

Honestly? Not much. Here's what makes the first visit easier, and what you can safely leave at home.

Insurance or OHP info

If you have an insurance card or OHP number, keep it handy, we’ll verify your coverage together. If you don’t, that’s okay too.

A list of questions

Anything you’re wondering about, schedules, cost, what sessions look like. Write it down so nothing gets missed.

Honesty about where you are

You don’t need to have it figured out. Just tell us what’s true for you right now, that’s the best starting point there is.

Nothing else required

No referral, no records, no paperwork marathon. If something is needed later, we’ll walk you through it step by step.

Questions

Asked before every first call

How fast can I start?

When you reach out, we usually respond within one business day. From there, we’ll schedule your assessment as soon as our calendars line up and build your plan from that first meeting.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can contact us directly, no doctor’s referral or court order is required to get started. If a court or attorney did refer you for DUII services, we can work with that too.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?

That’s a completely normal place to be, and it’s still a fine time to call. The first conversation is free and carries no commitment, it’s just a chance to ask questions and learn what your options are. Our founders, Shawn and Eugene Reece, are in recovery themselves, so uncertainty is something we understand firsthand.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is protected by federal and state law, including HIPAA and the federal confidentiality rules for substance use treatment records. What you share with us stays with us unless you give written permission otherwise.
