DUII education & treatment
A DUII is stressful, but the path through it doesn't have to be confusing. We're an OHA-certified DUII Services Provider in Redmond, the education and treatment you're referred to, with a clear plan, honest answers, and zero judgment.
Already had your evaluation?
In Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties the court-designated screener is Central Oregon Evaluation Services in Bend. Once they refer you, you choose your provider, the screener isn't allowed to pick for you. Bring us your referral paperwork and we'll take it from there.
Evening classes, Monday–Friday
Our DUII classes meet in the evenings on weekdays, because losing your license shouldn't mean losing your job too. You can keep working your normal hours and still complete every requirement, one evening class at a time.
Everything Oregon asks for, in one place
In Oregon, a DUII, Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, comes with specific requirements, whether you enter the diversion program or complete court-ordered conditions. Rock Recovery provides the court-approved services that satisfy those requirements right here in Redmond, serving all of Central Oregon.
DUII evaluation
The required assessment that determines whether education, treatment, or both apply to your situation.
DUII education classes
Structured, practical classes taught by our team, including Lindsay Hathaway, who leads our DUI curriculum , held weekday evenings.
Treatment when it's indicated
If your evaluation points to a deeper substance use concern, our outpatient treatment program meets that requirement with real, personal care.

How the process works
Most people have never been through this before. Here's the whole path, in plain language.
Call and get scheduled
Reach out by phone or through our contact form. We’ll answer your questions, verify what the court or diversion program is asking of you, and get you on the calendar quickly.
Bring us your evaluation and referral
Your court-ordered screening happens at the county's designated evaluator (Central Oregon Evaluation Services in Bend for Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson). They refer you to a track, education or treatment, and you choose your provider. Bring us that paperwork.
Complete your education or treatment track
We run our own substance-use assessment to confirm your level of care, then you attend your weekday evening classes and, if treatment is indicated, work with a counselor on a plan that fits your life. We track your attendance and progress the whole way.
Receive completion documentation
When you finish, we prepare the completion documentation the court and diversion process require, so your record of finishing is clear and accounted for.
We provide treatment and education, not legal advice, always follow your attorney's and the court's guidance.

DUII questions, answered
What’s the difference between DUII education and treatment?
Education is a structured class series focused on alcohol, drugs, and driving, it’s the track for people whose evaluation shows a lower level of need. Treatment is recommended when the evaluation indicates a substance use concern that goes beyond a single event, and it involves counseling in addition to education. Your DUII evaluation determines which track applies to you.
How long does the DUII process take?
It depends on the track your evaluation places you in. An education-only track typically runs a set number of weekly sessions over a few months, while a treatment track lasts longer and is paced to your progress. We’ll give you a clear picture of your expected timeline at your evaluation so you can plan around work and court dates.
Do you offer evening classes?
Yes. Our DUII classes meet in the evenings, Monday through Friday. We schedule them this way on purpose, most of the people we serve are working, and weekday evening classes let you complete your requirements without missing shifts or using vacation time.
Does insurance or OHP cover DUII services?
We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP) for outpatient addiction services. Coverage for DUII-specific services varies by plan and situation, so the fastest way to get a real answer is to call us at (541) 234-3081, we’ll help you verify your coverage and explain any fees before you start.
Can I do any of it via telehealth?
Telehealth is available where it’s appropriate and allowed for the service you’re completing. Some parts of the DUII process work well remotely and others need to happen in person, call us and we’ll walk through what’s possible for your situation.
